How do I become a member of the De Novo Hair Rewards Program?
You can sign up online by registering for a De Novo Hair Account. Click here to register. If you've already registered an account, all you need to do is login to access your Rewards Account.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
No. Membership is absolutely free!
How do I change my contact information?
Sign in at My Account. Once logged in, you can add or update your contact information.
Will my membership information be shared with other companies?
Absolutely not! We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
POINTS
How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point for nearly every $1 you spend at DeNovoHair.com. You can earn points even faster for certain advertised behaviors, such as picture testimonials, etc. From time to time, you can also earn additional points through our special promotions.
When can I begin to earn points?
When you register for a De Novo Hair account, you will automatically start accumulating points from your purchases made after the Rewards Program launch date.
How do I keep track of my points?
Sign into My Account and click on the Rewards Program link to check your points and account activity.
When are my points posted to my account?
Points are posted approximately 2-7 days after the date of your transaction and are not eligible for use until they have successfully posted to your account.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Any points you earned for your returned purchase will be deducted from your account.
REWARD CERTIFICATES
How can I use reward certificates?
Reward certificates are issued once you have accumulated enough points to redeem from. Certificates can be used toward any qualifying product or service in our store.
Can I save up my points for larger rewards?
Yes. You do not have to redeem your points at lower levels. You can save up your points for larger rewards levels.
How are Reward Certificates issued?
You will receive your reward certificates by email once you redeem them.
How long does it take to receive my Reward Certificate after redeeming my points?
It takes 3-5 days to deduct your redemption points and issue your reward certificate.
How do I make sure that I receive all of my Member benefits?
You must first register for a De Novo Hair account, registering a valid email address and contact information. When you shop online, make sure to login while shopping to receive credit for your purchases.
